DIVIDE-Germany would be divided into 4 zones
EMIGRATION-Germans living in Poland& Hungary would be sent back to Germany.
BOUNDARY-Poland’s eastern border would be moved west to the rivers ODER & Neisse
TRIAL-Nazi will be banned and trialed as war criminals
What major disagreements were there at the Potsdam Conference?
- Soviet Union wanted more severe treatment on Germany (Truman denied)
- USSR wanted to join the fight with Japan (Truman denied)
- Britain and USA wanted more say in eastern Europe (Stalin denied)
