Caffè Misto
A one-to-one mix of freshly brewed Starbucks® coffee and steamed milk.
Known in French as “Café au Lait.”
Short
Caffè Misto
- Steam Milk - Pour milk to “Short” line on
pitcher.
- Aerate 1-3 seconds. - Add coffee - Fill cup half full with brewed
coffee. (Ask customer for roast
preference.) - Finish - Fill cup with steamed milk and
1/4” (6mm) foam to 1/4” (6mm) below
cup rim.
Tall and Grande

- Steam Milk - Pour milk to “Tall” line on
pitcher.
- Aerate 1-3 seconds. - Add coffee - Fill cup half full with brewed
coffee. (Ask customer for roast
preference.) - Finish - Fill cup with steamed milk and
1/4” (6mm) foam to 1/4” (6mm) below
cup rim.
Venti

pitcher.
- Aerate 1-3 seconds. - Add coffee - Fill cup half full with brewed
coffee. (Ask customer for roast
preference.) - Finish - Fill cup with steamed milk and
1/4” (6mm) foam to 1/4” (6mm) below
cup rim.
Clover Brewed® Coffee
Starbucks Reserve ®, core or seasonal favorite coffee, individually selected by the customer and brewed through the Clover® brewing system, fresh by the cup.
The Clover® brewing system produces a clean, quick cup of coffee similar to that of a coffee press.

- Fill cup (stainless steel pitcher for iced
Venti) to top with ice and place under
spout. - Finish - Add ice to 1/4” (6mm) below cup rim.
Note : For Iced Venti beverages or personal cups, fill the cup to the top with ice. Place a stainless steel pitcher under spout and pour coffee over the ice into the cup.
