A

A

mandatory regulation for carrying solid cargo in bulk form. This replaces the BC Code and ensures safe stowage and shipment of solid bulk cargoes.

A

This code is applicable to all ships carrying grain in bulk. The term “grain” covers wheat, maize (corn), oats, rye, barley, rice, pulses, seeds and processed forms thereof, whose behaviour is similar to that of grain in its natural state.

A

This Code aims to provide a system of adherence with regard to personal conduct onboard a merchant ship.

UK Chamber, Nautilus International and the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers and approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
