1.5oz London Dry Gin 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1 barspoon Creme de Violette Shake w ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, cherry or brandied cherry or lemon peel

2o Gin 3/4oz Lillet 3/4 oz OJ 2 dash bitters Cocktail glass grated nutmeg

2oz Gin
3/4 on Benedictine
1 oz Grapefruit
shake w icem strain into ice filled old fashion w orange slice
Bees Knees
1.5oz Gin
3/4 oz Honey
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Bijou
1oz Gin 1oz Green Chartreuse 1oz Sweet Vermouth Dash Orange Bitters Stir w ice and strain to cocktail glass w twist of lemon
Some recipes call for layering the ingredients to showcase a striking presentation (from bottom to top: vermouth, chartreuse, gin). The resulting cocktail, with a little orange bitters added, is also known as an Amber Dream.
The Bramble
2oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Creme de Mure (Float)
Combine all ingredients (except Creme de Mure) in a tin. Shake and strain over a crushed ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with 3/4 oz Creme de Mure float
Bronx Cocktail
1 oz Gin 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz OJ shake w ice, strain to cocktail glass w orange slice
Clover Club
1.5 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for five seconds to add volume to the egg white (this is called a dry shake, which is weird since all of the ingredients are liquid). Separate the shaker and add ice. Re-shake with ice vigorously. Strain into a cocktail stem.

3/4 oz Gin 3/4 oz Cointreau 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc 3/4 oz Lemon Juice Absinthe (glass rinse) Shake w ice and strain into absinthe rinsed cocktail glass

1 oz Gin 1/2 oz Cognac 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters Stir w ice and strain to cocktail glass w lemon twist
GIbson
2.5 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
stir w ice, strain to cocktail glass w pearl onion
Gimlet
2oz Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Shake w ice, strain to cocktail glass w wedge of lime
Bennet adds 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Gin Fizz
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Shake and strain 3 into collins glass, top w soda, no ice
Gin-Gin Mule
1.5 oz London Dry Gin 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1/2 oz Lime Juice Ginger beer 10 mint leaves
Lightly muddle the mint with the liquid ingredients (except ginger beer) in the base of a shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer.
