1/2 oz. crème de cacao (light or dark)
1/2 vanilla simple syrup

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.

2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: coupe
Garnish: lemon twist

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes until well chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish.

2 dashes orange bitters
Sparkling wine
Garnish: lemon twist

Combine all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, and stir with ice to combine. Strain into a flute, top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish.
