1.5 oz brandy
.25 oz maraschino liqueur
.25 oz Cointreau
.25 oz lemon juice
- shake & strain into sugar-rimmed cocktail glass
- garnish with twist
Corpse Reviver
a
French 75
(Tom Collins with champagne instead of soda)
1.5 oz London dry gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
- shake & strain
- top with champagne
Pisco Sour
2 oz Pisco 1 oz lime juice 1 oz simple syrup 1 egg white -shake & strain - put several dashes of bitters on foam
Caipirinha
1) muddle a quartered half lime with .75 oz simple syrup or 1.5 barspoons sugar in a rocks glass
2) add ice and 2 oz cachaca
*can be built in glass or shaken & poured into rocks glass
**Caipirissima is rum, Caipiroska is vodka
Rickey
a
Whiskey Sour
1.5-2 oz bourbon or rye
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
-shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass or a special sour
glass
-garnish with a flag
Daisy
liquor
orange liqueur
lemon juice
gomme
- shake & strain into cocktail glass
- top with soda
Collins
1.5 oz gin, bourbon, or vodka
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
- shake & strain into iced collins glass
- top with soda
- garnish with flag
*Tom is gin, John is bourbon
**original was John Collins & was made with genever gin

- top with soda
- a proper fizz is never served with ice
- *difference b/n collins & fizz is glass size & ice
- **if made with egg white, it’s a Silver Fizz
