Spastic - UMN

hemiparetic - Flexed upper limbs and extension of lower limbs.

Hip circumduction with hip swing

diplegic - scissoring gait - veloceraptor walking

Cerebellar ataxic gait - drunk walk. lack of coordination and balance. Broad base and sway

Sensory ataxic gait: tabetic and vertiginous gaits

Loss of coordination due to joint space sense

Tabetic - high foot stomp, walk in dark

Vertiginous - Loos like drunk walk but postive rombergs

Cortical Lesion Gait

Frontal Lobe - slow shuffling gait

March a petit pas - short rapid and tapping stepsm large arm swing

Gait apraxia - cant walk

High Stepping gait -foot drop, cannot dorsiflex
