A

preferable tx @ evening

30-45 min instead of 60-90 min tx

A

preferable to not fatigue them during tx — & leave strengthening for homecare

unless pt has more specific complaint regarding weakness in a specific area

CNS conditions, sensory loss & decubitus ulcers

A

cannot sense when something is wrong – and/or cannot move

—> won’t move, for instance when something feels wrong (E.g. nerve/bv compression impeding bloodflow)

—> incontinence – enzymes in urine/feces breaking down skin
