32
Q

Can you add attachments to a a work order?

A

YES

Attachments - if the paperclip icon is yellow one or more attached DMS documents are associated to the Work Order.

36
Q

What does IRN stand for and what does it indicate?

A

IRN = Impact Risk Notification - This is a cross over field from the PM table. A PM having a possible impact to the factory, but doesn’t require tool downtime window.

37
Q

A

Target Start - Date when the work is targetted to begin. THis is auto populated for scheduled maintenance when generated from the PM module (See corporate services CMMS preventive Maintenance Specification)

Target Finish - Date when the work is targeted to be completed. This date is auto-populated based on the Job Plan duration and the Target Start Date, Work Orders without an associated job plan will not default with a target finish date. Users should populate the target Finish Date when creating a WO. This helps the MPS understand how top arrange the WO into the schedule.

38
Q

Can work be conducted before the Start No Earlier Than Date?

A

No - Start no earlier is the date after which a Work Order can be conducted. It is populated based on the Job Plan Start Constraint Offset field which has a value domain based on job plan frequency.

39
Q

Which date field indicates when planned maintenance must be completed by?

A

Finish No Later Than = Date after which the Work Order should not be scheduled or conducted, thereby defining the end of the window the Work Order should be completed. This is the date after which the Work Order would be delinquent. This date should not be used as a work schedule date. It is populated based on the Job Plan Finish Constraint Offset field which has a value domain based on job plan frequency.

PMPD PAS is calculated based on Finish No Later Date.

42
Q

Where does a requestor identify the originating source record on a work order?

A

Originating Record = Identifies the source record that was used to create this record.

43
Q

Can you reassign work orders from the work order Assignment tab?

A

Yes. However, you should never reschedule work from the assignments tab because it does not provide you with the laborer shift date/hour availability. All scheduling and rescheduling should be done in the Assignment Manager.

(You can but shouldn’t)

44
Q

How often does Maximo search for new work orders in WMATL Status?

A

Once every 4 hours, maximo will check for new WMATL status WOs and generate a PR for the MRO Buyer to process.

A

Contact Buyer to request they cancel the PR on that part

Once Canceled; change status of work order to “WAPPR” Then delete line item, then change status to APPR which will automatically update via workflow to WMATL if the other part order requests associated to the work order.

Q

Are planned work orders auto generated?

A
