By standardizing the location and asset hierarchies the organization gains a more robust system that is mirrored for each site aligning our maintenance records to use one common reporting structure.

• MPS = verifies the scope of an SR.
 MPSs are responsible for reviewing General User Maximo Service Request tickets and completing request scope as applicable to the Planner role application security permissions. The MPS routes Maximo Service Request tickets to the Maximo Admin with scope for which the MPS does not have CMMS user role permissions to conduct.

12 month PM lookahead

Ensure PM sequencing data is accurate (PM record view sequence)

Ensure PM forecast does not exist on the PM record as this can cause PM generation to be other than expected.
