Asset: An SR can be submitted to associate a document to the asset. Any time a work order generates the associated document will be available in attachments.

Labor - The labor tab is used to track the craft type and estimated labor hours per Technician to perform the Job Plan scope. The fields to populate are:
1 Labor/ Craft - Populate with standard Craft Values
2 Quantity - Number of Craft resources needed to perform the work.
3 Hours - Number of hours needed to complete the work tasks, IE wrench time. Each planned labor line entry. The PM Look ahead report multiplies the quantity of crafts by the estimated labor hours to calculate the total estimated resources hour. (i.e. 2 Mechanical Techs * 2 hours = 4 total estimated labor hours to calculate the total estimated resource hours)
4 Do not calculate the total estimated resource hours per planned labor entry. The PM look ahead report multiplies the number of crafts by the estimated resource hours for all planned labor lines and populates the duration field with this total.

Finish Constraint Offset: Number of hours the Job Plan scope will remain open. This sets the control limit for how far a work order can be pushed out. It is part of what determines the Finish No Later Than date on a work order.

3. Weekly = 167 hours (7 days)
4. Bi-Weekly = 355 hours (14 days)
Monthly and Bi-MOnthly 503 hours (21 days
Quarterly/Trimester/Semi-Annual = 671 hours (28 days)
