severe orbital, supraorbit or temporal pain - 15 mins to 180 mins

at least one ipsi to HA:
- conjunctival injection/lacrim
- nasal congestion or rhinorrhea
- eyelid edema
- forehead and facial sweating
- miosis or ptosis
- restlestness or agitation

0.5-8x a day tas episodic from 7 days - 1 year separated by 3 months or more of remission
