What is Cloud Computing ?
Cloud Computing is the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.
Refers to the delivery of on-demand computing resources. (GPU’s and such).
Back in the olden times, all data w/in a system would be processed and organized locally but now with more recent technology, an absolutely immense amount of data is stored via third party’s across extensive server networks, accessible online.
The general concept of Cloud Computing Threats
CCT’s do not just refer to Hackers purchasing (or otherwise accessing) additional computing power online to crack passwords, that’s only a single aspect of it. There’s also data loss (unintentional and intentional), stealing cloud resources and attacking sensitive information on the cloud.
