Differentials for Dyspnoea
A
-COPD (Chronic + cough)
-Asthma (seasonal, triggered by cold or allergens)
-Heart Failure (Chronic, sleep disturbances)
-Pulomary embolism (Acute + sharp chest pain, worse of inspiration)
-Pneumonia (usually will have fever and cough)
-Interstitial lung disease (chronic, dry)
