Nurse enter care situation and collects inportant info and pT data.
Comes from the nurses ethics, nurses experience, knowing the pT and environment of care
Interpreting
Collect all pT data and try to make sense of it.

Responding
Use interpretation to respond to particular pT issue
Reflect-in-action
Nurses understanding of of pT responses while care is given
