Instrument Washer - Care & Maintenance
To clean outer surface - use a soft cloth moistened with soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals
Filter Maintenance - remove the filter and rince under tap then replace
Wash Arm Maintenance - if not turning easily, remove them, rinse them under tap and reassemble
Automatic Lubrication Units Cleaning & Maintenance
- make sure no liquid enters the device
- do not use chemicals to clean
- use a soft cloth
- collecting pan can be washed i the dishwasher and in the thermodisinfector
- Safety check must be done every 5 years
MidMark -Cleaning & Maitenance
Daily:
-Clean external surfaces
-clean sterilizer door gasket
-clean door gasket sealing lip and mating surface with a damp cloth
-examine gasket for possible damage
Weekly:
-Clean chamber and trays
-drain water from the reservoir using drain tube located on front of unit
-wash inside of chamber and trays with mild soap or speed-clean and distillled water
-refill reservoir with distilled water
Monthly:
-clean chambers and plumbing
-perform pressure relief valve check
Periodic Maintenance
-Clean Fill/Vent & Air Filter Screens
