AC & CC completely disrupted, separation of clavicle from acromion
What is Type IV AC injury?
AC & CC are completely disrupted, posterior displacement
What is Type V AC injury?
AC & CC completely disrupted, CC interspace 2x as large
What is Type VI AC injury?
Wide displacement

-Sling 24-48hrs
-Ice
-NSAIDs
-LLD
-exercises
Type 3-6:
-ortho consult/surgery

-figure 8 strap for 6-8 weeks
