Meet the clients needs
Be responsive when the client asks questions
What is your strategy of getting change agreed?
Identify change items as early as possible and identify to the client.
Inform client of cost/ programme implications
Provide an estimated cost until I can firm up the price so they can adjust their budget
Provide a package of information including cost, design and programme information and submit to the client with back up information to explain how it is a change item.
Set up meetings to discuss and agree
