1- lateral exostosis of MT head. Tx= resection of eminence 2- Lateral bowing of MT with a normal 4-5 IMA. Tx= distal 5th MT chevron 3- IMA >9. Tx= oblique MT diaphyseal osteotomy 4- Any combination of deformities 1-3

Measure and add arc of necrosis on sagittal and coronal
< 190o = low risk
190o - 240o = moderate
>240o = high
ASIA classification
The ASIA system describes the exam below the level of the injury.
ASIA A: Complete. No motor or sensory
ASIA B: Incomplete. No motor function but some remaining sensory
ASIA C: Incomplete. 50% or more of muscles below injury are less than Grade 3.
ASIA D: Incomplete. 50% or more of muscles below injury are equal to or greater than Grade 3.
ASIA E: Normal
