What is the balanced scorecard (BSC)?
Model which serves as a management tool for aligning different persoectives (finance, customers, processes, staff employees) of the organisation to their strategic goals
Characteristics of financial perspective (BSC)
- indicators
- have a dual function (financial performance of the strategy as a whole and final goal for the other perspectives of the BSC)
Characteristics of customer perspective
- reflects the strategic goals of the company with regard to the customer and the market segment jn which it wants to compete
- other indicators (customer satisfaction)

- focus on processes and their efficiency
- useful to map value added creation chain

Learning and growth perspective BSC

What is TQM?
Model which puts quality management as part of functional management with the aim of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness
