what are the three basic techniques for establishing circuitry of the cerebellum

A

Neuroanatomy- tract tracing: retrograde amnesia, anterograde amnesia.

Electrophysiology- what signals are carried by these connections. Record from individual neurons when animal presented with sensory stimuli (hubel and Wiesel)

Manipulation- removal, inactivation or stimulation.

A

cornea- (trigeminal nerve V, cell bodies in Gasserian ganglion)- spinal trigeminal nucleus (oral subdivision)- accessory abducens nucleus- retractor bulbi muscle.
