¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Honey-Ginger Syrup
¼ oz Single Malt Scotch
Garnish: Candied Ginger

Shake all, except Single Malt Scotch, strain over ice.
Float Single Malt Scotch.

Irish Coffee

1½ oz Jameson
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Hot Coffee
Garnish: Whipped Cream (very soft)

Fill mug w/hot water - 2 min - and discard water.
Add Jameson, Sugar, and top off with Coffee. Stir
