1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: express Orange Peel

Add all ingredients in Mixing Glass w/ice.
Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into glass w/ice.

White Lady

2 oz Gin
½ oz Orange Liqueur (Triple-Sec)
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Garnish: express Lemon Twist

Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into chilled glass.

Vesper

3 oz Gin
1 oz Vodka
½ oz Lillet Blanc
Garnish: express Lemon Twist

Shake all, until ice-cold.
Strain into chilled glass.

Question 4

Singapore Sling

¾ oz Gin
¼ oz Benedictine
¼ oz Grand Marnier
¼ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Slice, Luxardo Cherry

Shake all, except soda, strain over ice. Top off w/Club Soda.

Shake all, except Crème de Mûre, strain fine over crushed ice.
Float Crème de Mûre

½ oz Heavy Cream

½ oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White
Club Soda

Dry shake all ingredients, except soda.
Add ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into chilled glass.
Swirl Club Soda in shaker and top off drink
