1¼ oz Bourbon or Rye
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: express Orange Twist

Add all ingredients in Mixing Glass w/ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into glass w/ice.

Whiskey Sour

A

2 oz Bourbon
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Egg White
Garnish: Angostura Bitters

Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain over ice or serve Up

Whiskey Smash

A

3 Lemon Wedges
2 oz Bourbon
¾ oz Simple Syrup
4 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig (slap)

Muddle Lemons in Shaker. Add remaining ingredients.
Add ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Double strain and serve Up, or over ice.

Mint Julep

A

8 Mint Leaves
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Bourbon
Garnish: Mint Sprig (slap), Angostura Bitters (optional)

In Glass - lightly muddle Mint and Simple Syrup.
Add Bourbon.
Pack glass tightly w/crushed ice.
Stir until cup is frosted.
Top w/more ice to form dome.

Manhattan

A

2 oz Bourbon or Rye
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: express Lemon Twist, Luxardo Cherry

Add all ingredients in Mixing Glass w/ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into glass w/ice.

Perfect: Half and Half Sweet Vermouth and Dry Vermouth

A

3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: express Orange Peel

Add all ingredients in Mixing Glass w/ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into glass w/ice.

Classic:
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Water
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz Bourbon or Rye
Garnish: express Orange Peel

Add Sugar, Water, Bitters in Mixing Glass. Stir/Muddle until dissolved.
Add Bourbon and ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into glass w/ice.

Sazerac

A

Absinthe (to rinse)
1 Sugar Cube
½ tsp Cold Water
4 dashes Peychauds Bitters
2½ oz Rye
Garnish: express Lemon Twist

Rinse chilled glass w/Absinthe, discard excess, set aside.
Add Sugar, Water, Bitters in Mixing Glass. Stir/Muddle until dissolved.
Add Rye and ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Serve Up.
