The Pre-Complaint Process.

a. They must contact a CRSP within 45 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

(CO/OIC) has up to 15 calendar days to resolve the matter. The CRSP can arrange the
meeting with the CO/OIC to attempt resolution, or the military member can arrange this
meeting on his/her own.
