A way in which the President can veto the bill by pocketing, or keeping and not signing, the bill in ten days, during in which the Congress ends its session
Filibuster
The use of a long speeches to prevent a vote on the Senate
Cloture
An agreement by 3/5 of the members of the senate to end the debate on a bill and allowance vote on it
