Transmedian Desynchronisation
1 day recovery for each time zone crossed.
Work out travel/flight time, difference of time zone. And use natural body clock; 25 hrs day(add/subtract extra hour to jet lag time)

⚫️Stay on your local time.
⚫️If stop over more than 24hrs, change to local time ASAP.
⚫️NAP for no less than 10 minutes.
