A
  1. History of asthma, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis
  2. Skin nodules, palpable purpura
  3. Peripheral neuropathy
  4. Can involve heart, GI tract and kidneys (pauci-immune complexes)

  1. ESR/CRP- elevated
  2. p-ANCA- positive
  3. Serum IgE- elevated levels
