The pain is milder but more persistent
epigastric pain may bore through to the back.
Symptoms may relapse and worsen.

Management
A
Investigate with CT scan and ultrasound.
Weight loss and steatorrhoea may develop.
Give paracetamol ± ibuprofen for pain
pancreatic enzyme supplements for steatorrhoea.
