Tympanic membrane perforation in the setting of recurrent or chronic infections.

What is the management for chronic otitis media?
A
- Topical/systemic ciprofloxacin (tazocin in children)
- Aural cleaning
- Surgery may be required (myringoplasty = repair of tympanic membrane alone)
