Q

When to start ACE-i OR ARBs in CKD?

A

For patitent:
- HTN w/ ACR >30
- DM w/ ACR >3

Titrate to highest tolerated dose

Q

When to offer Atorvastatin 20mg in CKD?

A

To all people with CKD

18
Q

When to offer SGLT-2 inhibitor to CKD pts?

A
  1. People with T2DM + persistent proteinuria(>3) who are taking max. tolearated dose of ARB or an ACE-i
  2. People with eGFR 25-75 + ACR >22.6
19
Q

What time of the day should be ACR be performed?

A

Morning Urine ACR

20
Q

How many eGFR readings < 60 is required to determine CKD?

A

3 readings of egfr < 60

21
Q

What is the timeframe for eGFR testing for pt w/ egfr < 60?

A

14 days and then 90 days from the 1st eGFR test

22
Q
