Wang et al: male hypogonadal caused by male testes failing to produce normal level of testosterone. She gave the men testosterone therapy for 180 days. Libido, mood and muscle strength increased. Testosterone powerful influence.

Hofstede et al: gender roles are a consequence of social factors not biological. Individualist cultures show more masculine traits and value them more eg. UK and US.
