What is purgatory ?
A place that acts as a waiting place before a soul enters heaven. Here, the soul is purified so that it can become pure and holy enough to enter heaven
What happens at a humanist funeral?
There is more of a focus on the person’s achievements in life and there’s no mention of God. Also, the body is cremated because the people who have these funerals do not believe in resurrection or the afterlife.

Jesus “will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead”

Why is the resurrection importnat to Christains?
Because it proves that Jesus was the son of God and that good ultimately triumphed over eveil
