Importance: Built for Constantines daughter Costanza- devout christian. 12 central columns represent 12 disciples. Vaults being used still.

Architects: Anthemius of Tralles, Isidor of Miletus
Importance: Emperor Justinian commisions. Neither “architect” is an actual architect. Greatest and most complex space since the Pathenon. Multiple domes.
