-depending on the budget of the user, they need to also consider the cost of other components.
-may need to look for a cheaper alternative
Why is efficiency and productivity important in choosing an IT system?
-the efficiency could be a key issue of the system
-the users may have to be highly productive
-whether it is important that the system is able to start up and load and save programs fast

-the timescale for the IT system to be implemented.
