Major symptoms

A
Not noticeable symptoms, may develop weeks or months later
Males - pain when urinating 
Discharge from top of penis (white/cloudy/watery)
Pain in testicle 
Females - pain when going to the toilet 
Change in vaginal discharge 
Pain/bleeding during and after sex 
Pain in abdomen
