2. Studying children is a major influence of human development as what happens early in life can determine perhaps certain behaviors they shall have in the future.

Disadvantages of children?

1. Children who are below 16 cannot give informed consent therefore if debriefed may be to young to understand which could lead to long term effects
2. Children may not understand task or complex language of experimenter leading to incorrect performance in study, which as per consequence can lead to misinterpretation from research team
