  • Vascular rash in scalp , head , and trunk which progress to extremities
  • fever
  • headache, fatigue, sore throat, Purities ( itching)
  • vesicles turn pustular , forma xrust . Scab and then heals
  • vesicular Pustular rash including oral mucosal ulcers

1) Supportive care
- antihistamines for itching
- drying agents to sooth the skin
- antipyretic for fever
- fluid and electrolytes to prevent dehydration
- monitor and treat 2nd bacterial infection if any

1) Oral or IV Acyclovir
