Q

What is a null hypothesis ?

A

Hypothesis that validates the results (says that there is no real difference between the observed and predicted ratios) (says the results are not caused by chance)

If null hypothesis is rejected = the results were not caused by chance, one of the 4 postulates don’t apply (maybe alleles don’t segregate randomly)
