What is the difference btw supply and demand angina?
supply angina - decr O2 delivery (from blocked As) to tissue causes ischemia
demand angina - incr myocardial O2 requirement and workload leads to ischemia
What does an ECG look like during stable angina?
50% of ppl have normal ECG
others can have ST elevation or depression
What neuro things can raise troponin?
stroke
intracranial hemorrhage
What renal things can raise troponin?
renal failure
shock
