Overspeed Governor Check

  3. PMU switch - Off (Verify Idle N1 stabilizes between 60% and 70%)
  4. PCL - Advance to 100% +/- 2% Np (~30% Torque) and allow engine to stabilize
  5. PCL - advance sightly and verify Np remains 100+/-2%
  6. PCL - Idle
  7. PMU switch - NORM (Verify PMU fail light extinguishes, Np returns to 46% to 50% Np, and N1 returns to 60-61%)
