Top right of the plate. It is written with first 2 digits as the year and last 3 digits as the day of that year. It indicates when the plate was last revised for any reason (think added obstacles, spelling corrections, etc).

A

Bottom left of the plate. It represents the most current amendment of a given procedure (changes to the procedure itself, eg. course, fix, alt, minima, etc)
