A
Elevation of the extremity will decrease the erythema in Charcot but not infection

A
Will be hot on technitium along with infection
Indium WBC will be cold in Charcot and hot in infection

What are non-operative treatments for Charcot foot?
A
1) Shoe modification; double rocker sole
2) Total contact casting; changed every 2-4 weeks for 3-4 months
