Two of the best coure de bois, Pierre radisson and Médart de Groseilliers visited London proposing that a trading post in England based on the Hudson’s bay company.
Who was radisson?
He was a French coure de bois who was captured by Mohawk for a number of years. He escaped and was recaptured. Finally escaped after being torch urged for many years.
Groseilliers?
He had learned from the Huron of untouched lands north of Lake Superior. He was also a French coure de bois.
