Full Kneeling: Both knees on the floor with full hip extensions to start.
Hip Rotation - Start with stance hip width, slight bend in knees, stick in front of your chest arms straight. Rotate hips left to right with the stick controlled arms straight, back foot pivoted in a controlled manner do so for 60-90 seconds.
