Normal - 120/80 mmHG C.
High - 140/90 mmHG
Resting Heart Rate - number of times the heart beats in one minute at rest.
Training Heart Rate - 220 -age X % of max heart rate.
Define Muscular Endurance
Sub-maximal force repeated over time.
Define Strength
Maximal force produced in a specific environment.
Define Power
Work/Time
