Why is it important to keep clients from getting de-motivated?
A
Your clients can get de-motivated if the exercise feel like work. They already live busy, stressful lives. It’s important as a trainer you identify what motivates your clients in the first place and help them connect to that reason.

- M. A. V. A. (Meditation, Affirmation, Visualization, Anchoring)
- “Positive Sandwich” technique. As you coach clients, off er a positive comment, followed by a constructive criticism, and end with another positive comment or words of encouragement.
