The trainee - They get to keep track of their progress
The OJTIs - Keeps them up to date with the abilities of their trainees

A
A breakdown of items that all come together to make a performance objective

What are the 6 things to remember when writing a report?
A
- Say what the trainee is and not what they are not
- If there is an issue, do not be vague about it
- State what the effect of the problem is
- Be specific on remedial action
- Stick to the facts and the things that you can be sure about
- Involve the trainee in the report writing
