What are the 6 things to remember when writing a report?

A
  1. Say what the trainee is and not what they are not
  2. If there is an issue, do not be vague about it
  3. State what the effect of the problem is
  4. Be specific on remedial action
  5. Stick to the facts and the things that you can be sure about
  6. Involve the trainee in the report writing
