why was Pennsylvania called a holy experiment
Pennsylvania was built on quicker beliefs of Tolerance and free worship , free males could vote , and it was called an experiment because no other colony had tried such a thing
how did the experiment grow democracy
it had freedom of religion
many people have the right to vote
and everyone was treated equal
