  • The distinction is IN-GROUP vs OUT-GROUP.
  • In-group will mean that there is a certain level of trust and disclosure.

-People tend to be more disorganised and plan less with handphones.
-Spontaneity and flexibility as legs of polychromic practices with mobile communications.
